R K Saxena in an IRRS officer with more than 30 years of experience of Administrative, managerial and Technical Experience in the field of Radio Spectrum management at national and international level. He also served as the Wireless & Planning & Coordination wing/ Wireless Monitoring organization (WPC Wing/WMO). RK Saxena is currently responsible for the 28 Wireless Monitoring Systems (WMS) spread all over the country which include 5 international Monitoring systems (IMS) and 1 International Satellite Monitoring Earth Stations (ISMES).
